Mr King is a qualified mining engineer and holds a Batchelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Western Australia. Mr King is currently a representative for CPS Capital.
Mr King’s past experience includes being manager for an investment banking firm, specialising in the technical and financial aspects of resource projects. Mr King is also non-executive director of European Cobalt Ltd.
Mrs Taylor has worked in Brisbane and Sydney for a major accounting firm where she provided audit services and taxation advice to the Mining, Energy and Utilities Sectors. Mrs Taylor later gained experience in the Treasury and Commodities Division of Australia's largest investment bank where she provided accounting services and advice relating to mining and commodity related transactions.
Mrs Taylor graduated from Bond University with a B.Comm (Accounting major) in 2002.
Myles Fang, B En(Uni of Tianjin), MBS (Uni of Newcastle)
Myles is an engineer with more than 20 years experience in business development, corporate & project management, project finance, and M&A, including 15 years experience in mining industry, both in Australia and overseas.
He has experience on all the aspects of project development through exploration, feasibility studies and resources development and mining in commodities such as iron ore, coal, base and precious metals, and mineral sands. His experience also includes setting up joint venture between Australian mining company and Chinese SOE.
He has been senior executives of ASX –listed mining company and unlist public mining company, including 8 years with WPG Resources Ltd, and 4 years with Aard Metals Ltd. He has also served Australian listed mining companies including Hillgrove Resources Ltd., Dome Gold Ltd., Icon Resources Ltd. as consultant.
Ian K White BBus, MBA, Grad Dip CSP, FCPA, CIA, JP
Ian White is an experienced business professional who holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practise and an MBA specialising in marketing. His experience has been gained over 35 years in including periods as CFO and Group Company Secretary for a number of large ASX listed companies. More recently, Ian has focused on the resources sector.
Ian was appointed as Company Secretary of Eastern Iron Limited on 14 August 2012 and is a Director of Professional Edge Pty Ltd, a company that provides legal, financial and company secretarial services to a number of ASX listed companies.
Duncan Glasgow BA, LLB, Grad Dip CM, FCIS
Duncan Glasgow is a lawyer with over 30 years Board level corporate experience including Board level roles of Legal Counsel of ASX listed companies covering a diverse range of business activities from white goods manufacture, insurance broking, minerals and oil drilling to rural merchandising.
Duncan was the General Counsel and Company Secretary of Wilmar Sugar (formerly CSR Sugar), Australia’s largest miller and refiner of sugar, where he was involved in the demerger work and then the sale of that entity to Wilmar International Limited a listed Singaporean multinational.
Duncan has also held honorary board and senior advisory positions with the Governance Institute (formerly Institute of Chartered Secretaries), the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Law Society of NSW.
He was an ex-officio member of the ASX Corporate Governance Council and on its Shareholder Participation Committee, which contributed to the initial ASX Corporate Governance Guidelines.
He has been a director of a number companies and has extensive experience in corporate compliance and governance and recently set up the governance structures for Wilmar Sugar to enable the directors to satisfy the due diligence defence for WHS legislation in NSW, Vic and Qld.
Through his association with Professional Edge, Duncan is currently the Chairman of both Hillgrove Mines Pty Ltd and Bracken Resources Pty Ltd.
